Our training methods are varied but include traditional group sessions, group supervisions, individual training sessions and technology based online and DVD learning options.

 

The Company provides induction training to all staff in line with the Skills for Care Induction standards.

All staff are enhanced DBS checked and reference checked.

 

We provide a complimentary welcome pack to all service users which are given to

them upon placement to aid their settling in and to ensure that they have the necessary items such as toiletries, towels and cooking utensils etc.
